Page Outline in Print Preview is not movable

When I used Ver 2 of QCad and went to Print Preview to select which part of the drawing to print, I was able to click on the Page outline (white) and move it to cover the part of the drawing I wanted. In Ver 3.0 I no longer seem to be able to do this.

QCAD 3 allows you to construct in preview mode. For this reason, you need to activate a special print preview tool to move the paper:

1. Switch to print preview
2. Click the icon with a hand and paper symbol (at the right of the scale input)
3. Move the paper using drag and drop
4. Right-click when you're done

Alternatively, you can also set up a precise offset in the drawing preferences:
Edit - Drawing Preferences - Printing - Page - Offset X / Offset Y
