Add support for automatic text line wrapping for multiline text entities.

we are seeing this issue, and we are using QCAD to convert dxf files on request
On the latest version 3.23.0, importing DXF or DWG files created by others it would appear that MTEXT "41" is being ignored as the text is not wrapped. This wouldn't be a problem if I had created the files but these files aren't under my control. Could you please consider increasing the priority of this bug, even if the fix is display only with no UI to change the width after the fact? It would make QCad useful for me again.
