DWG archive opened by QCAD (15.X/16.X - Linux mint 18.1 and Windows 10) does not show traits that represent project windows, when the same file is opened by the dwg True view they appear, follows archive for evaluation.

User likely viewing model but looking for layout.

The original file was in the dwg version 2013 but it was converted to version 2000 in the lesson that the problem would be solved but it was not.
Could it be that you are looking for the layout (as opposed to the model space)?
If so, double-click on "PLOT_914x1350" in the block list (View > Block List).
If you cannot solve your problem, please provide more details, screenshots, etc., thanks.
