FS#2072 - Inserted and flipped block mirrors text and dim
Text and/or DIM used in blocks will be mirrored if inserted with a vertical/horizontal flip option.
Text/DIM which was successfully used in previos QCAD versions are now mirrored if they are loaded in the current version.
Version 3.23.0 doesn’t shows this behavior.

While there is a problem with inconsistency between QCAD versions, this is strictly speaking not a bug but a bug-fix at this new behavior is intended behavior.
It boils down to the recommendation that blocks with texts / dimensions should not be mirrored / flipped in CAD. Instead, a new block should be created with the mirrored contents. The geometry could be kept in a separate block that is shared between the two mirrored blocks.
