FS#2340 - Layer List / Block List: Link minus icon to keyboard delete key

Referring to Layer List / Block List: It would improve the workflow if the Delete key on the keyboard would be linked to the minus icon (Delete). The command ER is also ignored in both list.

Husky,

I suppose ER is reserved for entity based actions (Entity Remove).
In the toolsettings ER is linked to the delete and the backspace Key.
Removing a block in selection is BR (Block Remove).
Removing a layer in selection is YR (laYer Remove).

With your proposal,
when a block is selected in the block list,
and a certain layer in the layer list,
and an entity in the block ...

... how to distinguish what the 'Delete' would remove?
