FS#1781 - QCAD 3.21.2 crashes when selecting an entity in attached file

QCAD 3.21.2 x86_64 Linux crashes if I try to select any entity of the attached file. The qt4 legacy version is working fine.

This seems to be a bug in QCollector / Qt 5.8 / Linux when sorting strings with international characters.

The legacy Qt 4 version does not use QCollator and does not attempt to sort international characters correctly (layer list, block list, etc.)

Please re-download the updated package 3.21.2 (which contains QCAD version 3.21.2.1) from your download link for a fix.
