FS#1980 - Display, block position issue
Drawing created with a previous QCAD version has issues to be correctly displayed in the current snapshot.
e.g. drawing opened in QCAD 3.23.0 - works flawless.
same drawing opened in QCAD 3.23.4 - has problems to show inserted blocks correctly.
This is a multithreading issue. As an immediate workaround, you can switch off multithreading under Edit > Application Preferences > Graphics View > Appearance > Use Multithreading
