FS#2050 - FlexPainter dosen't work
FlexPainter works in the Pro version of QCad but not in the Comunity one.
If it’s not supposed to works in the latter, maybe, it would be better to remove it from the menu (Misc > Script Examples > Mathematics).
I would have expected this as a forum topic.
It is only by change I crossed this entry.
Never ran it in the Community Edition. My bad.
I am a Pro user and seen the major hurdles I encountered scripting in Qcad on my Win7 system I really don't want to mingle versions on top of that. Sorry.
What I am aware of is that some PRO features are or might be used.
Even without knowing... https://qcad.org/rsforum/viewtopic.php?t=6601#p24885
Would you mind to start a forum topic on that?
Did you ran it with the debugger? Where does it fail?
Could it be that it involves unsupported entity types?
Then again, odd question itself. One rules out the other.
It should be unsupported 'functionality'.
And I think that as such it is catchable with the debugger.
Thanks for the report.
Regards,
CVH.
