FS#2349 - Imperial drawings doesn't accept imperial scales for Viewports

Drawing inch / imperial

If I add a Viewport imperial scales for that Viewport like 1” = 32’ are not accepted. Accepted are only metric scales like 1/100.

Viewports can have a simple scale factor (e.g. 1, 0.1, 0.5, 2, etc.). Mathematical expressions can be entered as with all input fields expecting a numerical value (1/2, 1+1/2, etc.).
