FS#2614 - View > Property Editor: Dimension scale and linear factor displayed with unit

If the drawing unit is set to Inch and the dimension format to Architectural or Engineering, the dimension scale (dimscale) and the linear factor (dimlfac) are displayed with units (’, “) in the property editor.
