I had the same problem with this. It seems that the custom paper field is interpreted as inches by the print preview, but interpreted as millimeters by the pdf export function. I've repeatedly tried deleting the ini & preference files, only to end up with the same result. QCAD locks whenever I try to 'save as', etc... All files on local harddrive.

Overall, I'm enjoying working with the program.

Advice???

No, drawings are on local hard drive in QCAD folder.

I did. I had the .ini file. It asked me for default unit of measure and language on startup, but crashed the same. Does where I store my drawings have any effect?
