Then, for printing, you can arrange different parts of your drawing at different scales using viewports arranged in a layout (see tutorial above). If you really want to actually scale your drawing (thereby creating a dra...

Re: dwg2maptiles

Can you check if the file /Applications/QCAD-Pro.app/Contents/Resources/qcad is empty? If so, please follow the instructions at:

viewtopic.php?f=32&t=5925&p=22082&hilit ... les#p22082

-> See the fourth post, the one with the file "qcad.zip" attached.

Re: use dxflib to copy file and delete certain entities

dxflib only parses / writes DXF. It does not provide any means to transform, edit, delete entities, etc.

Re: Printing & PDF lines & Dimension text CANNOT SEE, yet drawing can see

1. Show the layer list View > Layer List 2. Click on layer Dimensioning 3. Menu: Layer > Edit Layer 4. Change Lineweight to 0.13mm (or any other desired value) Note that printers have a much higher resolution than screens and the thinnest line on screen is 1px while the thinnest line on a printer mi...

Re: 1 mm ø dots every 5 mm

This is a rounding error (you can make the line a small amount, e.g. 0.001 longer and the point will show up). This will be corrected for the next release.

Re: Browse Tool?

Auto zoom should usually do the trick:
View > Zoom > Auto Zoom

If not, there are entities (probably unwanted entities) causing the auto zoom to be off. To get more detailed help, please attach your drawing file.

Re: 1 mm ø dots every 5 mm

You can add your own linetypes in linetypes/metric of your QCAD installation by adding a lin file, for example: File name: "mytype.lin" File contents: *MYDOT,My Dot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . A, 0, -5.0 This creates a dotted line type named "My Dot" with gaps of 5mm at a line we...

Was ist falsch? In QCAD nic...

Re: Problems with print preview

Changing the Linetype Scale property of the two splines from 1000 to 1 would also work while keeping the line style.
