Changing internal name when editing templates
I've just edited a template, let's call it 'Imp-A3' which was listed in the Open From Template dialogue as 'Imp-A3'. Changed a number of things in it and saved it as 'Imp-A4' and then closed it. I too have had this problem. Deleting the QCAD3.ini file does restore the ruler I initially thought that editing and saving a template during the time you had the 'No rulers' problem caused the rulers to be displayed but have no scale on them when you create a new drawing using those edited template...

Thanks for your prompt reply Husky. Right first time. :D With the 'Prevent White on White/Black on Black' checked, the white text does not display. Clearing it and the text displays OK. Re-check it and the text cannot be seen. Is it my interpretation or is the sense of the flag inverted e_confused ?...
