QCAD 3 BETA 3, Issues

OK, Version Beta 3 installed on both Windows and Linux. Windows Bugs: 1. For some reason on the Window machine, the snap toolbar buttons are doubled for all functions. I therefore have two buttons for each type of snap and cannot access the bottom snaps unless I undoc the toolbar. For some reason, t...

koosjr: Thanks for your feedback. As always, please indicate your version of QCAD (Beta, Beta 2, Beta 3) and operating system. From your feedback, I assume that you are using an older beta version, not the latest QCAD Beta 3. Indeed. I am using Beta 2 so I will download the new version quickly. So ...

A Few Issiues

I used QCAD 3 for my first project today, and I have some mixed feelings about it. Quite a few things that IMHO work perfectly in the older QCADs were tampered with. Secondly, is it possible to have a function to remove empty layers and blocks on a drawing? (At the moment I can at least remove all empty layers by copying and pasting in a new drawi...

A few suggestions

I am using QCAD for quite a while now for engineering work. Only 2D stuff needed as we are working on building services. I use v 2.2.1.0 on a Linux as well as a WinXP box. In terms of easy drawing, QCAD is great and it is one of those packages where one can just start drawing. This is the main reaso...
