Font bug??
Hi, I have changed the default font in Edit/Aplication Preferences/Dimension Settings/Dimension Label Font. When I try to use the TEXT tool, I get garbage on the screen and I have the delete the whole thing and write the text again (please see uploaded file). The same happens when I import files (fo...

Re: Auto Dimension Label
Hi Clive, Husky and Riverbuoy, First of all, I am grateful for your help and patience. Don't ask me why, but the fact is that I can now edit the "Label" field and I don't have the faintest idea what was preventing me to do that. I didn't reinstall the program and, to be precise, didn't do anything (...

Re: Auto Dimension Label
Clive,
Yes, it's is a imported drawing, but this doesn't make any difference - I have attached a brand new drawing with just one dimension and I can't edit the label field either.
It's a brand new computer, i7, 64 bit, Windows 10, QCAD version 3.15.4.
thanks

Re: Auto Dimension Label
Clive, in the "Label" field it's written "auto" in grey, and I just can't change it and I can't modify what's in the "Measured Value" field either.

Re: Auto Dimension Label
Hi Clive, thanks for replying.
The problem is that in the label field I have "auto" and I am not allowed to change the label. I didn't find where I can change this setting.

Re: Secondary cursor
You are right, Andrew, this is a Dell laptop with a 3840 x 2160 display running Windows 10, but I must tell you QCad is behaving wonderfully, the only minor issues being these two cursor colors - they appear small but this is not a great issue. Not having a way in the drawing/application configurati...

Re: Secondary cursor
Let's confirm that we are talking about the same cursor. It's not the cursor with an arrow shape that usually follows the mouse movements, I am referring to a tiny cursor (at least on my display) with the shape of a magnifier - is this also the one you are referring to? it appears, for instance, in ...

Re: Where are the digits on the rulers?
Thanks Andrew.
Could you pls take a look at my other question (Secondary Cursor), still without reply?
Don't get me wrong, as a long time user of the old AutoSketch, I am loving QCAd.

Re: Where are the digits on the rulers?
I also have the rulers turned on, drawing unit is millimeter, label format decimal and I don't have neither the ticks nor digits in the scale, just the triangular cursors.

Re: Secondary cursor
Maybe I am missing something. The colors menu is not changing the cursor color. I am referring to the tiny cursor that appears for instance when using the "Trim" tool, or when choosing the first corner of the "window zoom (ZW)". Apparently this cursor is always white and can be seen only when the ba...

Secondary cursor
I always set the background color to light gray and gridlines to darker gray. I found that with red "Snap Tools" and "Info Tools" color, everything works just fine. The problem shows up with the secondary cursor, that is, that tiny cursor that appears for instance when using Modify/Trim - I just can...
