Hmm - OK. Good answer, though the Manual does not make it intuitively obvious that using the PAPER icon as a SELECTION FILTER is how to control what will get printed, and thereby allow you to "zoom in" to a particular part of the diagram.
I tried what you suggested and it works. Thanks.

open multiple views that contain only one part
You can open multiple windows of different diagrams, but how can I open multiple VIEWS of the same diagram that contain only one part, block,or selection without opening the same drawing multiple times or openiing multiple windows and copying the desired part/block/selections to them?

changing prt preview scale causes grey background
If I change the print preview to a scale that is larger than the chosen paper size, the background turns all grey and the preview "paper block" is a tiny block way off to the side. How can I tell what will actually be printed at the modified preview scale?
