QCAD 3.7.6

QCAD 3.7.6 comes with a new tool to paste multiple items along an entity (line, arc, spline, polyline). Several new construction tools have been added and the offset tool now supports ellipses. A new info tool allows measuring of arc areas. A new user interface translation in Finnish has also been added.
