I have installed the test program on a Linux x64 bit system Ubuntu 14.04. And it works well, however I understand it should be removed before installing the purchased version. This I am having trouble doing as I installed it by copy and paste and have no idea where the program files are, their name etc to allow me to remove them, can someone help please ?

QCAD installs under ~/opt, that's for example /home/ned/opt/qcad-3.23.0-pro-linux-x86_64 if your user name is "ned". All files are installed into one single folder. To uninstall, simply remove that folder.
