Catalan/Valencian translation

Hello.
I've just translated into Catalan/Valencian the files in the archive qcad-2.2.0.0-ts.zip
I've tested them in qcad-2.2.2.0-1-demo.linux.x86.tar.gz and the translation looks fine, although the versions are different and there are some untranslated strings.
I'd like to send they in order to incorporate them to the standard packages.
