Qcad Theme Lite is my goto App for a quick theme change.

Qcad Theme Designer update, version 5.3.1
Version 5.3.1 is primarily a bug fix release, but there are a few new features and changes.
NEW
- Additional Browser preferences, tree node lines and expand sign options. (see image below showing node lines and +/- expand sign)

- Preferences tab has been redesigned to accommodate the above.

FIXED BUGS
- With the default theme active, if you change the theme colour, then click Save, then click OK to use SaveAs, if you then click the Create & Save button it will lead to an unrecoverable error. There are no errors when SaveAs is clicked rather than Save.
- With default theme active, if you click SaveAs menu item, the Save/Overwrite button is always disabled.
- In certain situations the Delete button in the browser is enabled when the User folder is selected.
- The browser Delete button was enabled when a read only folder was selected.

Now that I’ve finally downloaded this and gave it a try, it makes a lot more sense why there’s no script/plugin version of it. Cool program btw
