zoom in and out by keyboard factor

Is it possible to change the zoom factor for the keyboard shortcuts like it is with mouse wheel?

No, this factor is currently fixed.

It would be intetesting to have configurable PAN factor by keyboard as well. Just a suggestion.
I'm talking about the distance panned using keyboard arrows.
