Create Library Item default folder

When I use "Create Library Item" command (B,T) the default folder is always my HD root. Even if I save in another folder, the next time I use this command it is asking me to save again in HD root, so I have to navigate to find the desired folder. Is it possible to change this default folder?

I'm using QCAD Pro Version 3.16.5.0 (3.16.5) in OS X Sierra.
