Could it be that B2 is broken, or am I misunderstandng it? I'm not able to specify the second break point..

For example, in the attached example: B2, select circle 1, select point 2, try to select point 3. It keeps asking me for the second point (3.16.5, linux). What I would expect is the circle to be cut at points 2 and 3 (if remove segment is disabled).
