I had a vendor ship me some DWG files that were exported out of Revit. QCAD opens the first "tab", but not the rest. Autocad2018 opens multiple tabs (Don't ask me how I'm not a 2018 user).
Is there any way to pick a tab on import?

... that what is shown in the pdf is stored in the dwg below Block List / Layout2 ..... of course except the pics.
