Toolbar Size

Post by andrew » Sat Sep 16, 2017 4:36 pm

From a QCAD user:
I'm running QCAD on a computer with a high resolution (but not a "retina" or "high-density" device). How can I increase the size of the icons if they appear very small?

On "retina" or "high-density" screens, QCAD automatically doubles the icon sizes to compensate for the higher resolution, using the device pixels for smoother rendering of the icons.

On other high resolution screens, you can adjust the toolbar size under:
Edit > Application Preferences > CAD Toolbar
and
Edit > Application Preferences > Toolbars

Note that the options toolbar can contain controls such as combo boxes and therefore cannot be scaled up at this point to ensure these controls are working correctly.
