Is their a way to permanently turn on Screen Based Line Type rather than having to turn it on every time I start a drawing? I know it's only two clicks, but if I am using it every time seems like it would be an option.
Am I missing it in the Options menu?

I'd recommend:
Edit > Application Preferences > Graphics View > Appearance > Auto switch to screen based line types in model view
This way, you'll always see your line types in model view while still seeing the scaled linetypes as printed in the print preview.
