Order of attributes in drop down menu when inserting block reference

Post by btjacker » Fri Nov 23, 2018 1:36 pm

Hi, is it possible to change the order in drop down menu (see picture)? I have block with five attributes and when inserting this block reference, usually I need to change only one attribute, so I would like to have that one preselected in drop down menu. I have not figured out how they are sorted. Thank you

I can confirm that their order is undefined at this point. These will be sorted alphanumerically in the next release.

OK, thanks for the reply. It would be better for me, if I could have influence on the order of attributes. For example choose in configuration, If I want to sort them alphanumerically, or according to Draw Order or something else I can modify to affect order. The reason is in my first post:
usually I need to change only one attribute, so I would like to have that one preselected in drop down menu.
But anyway, the alphanumeric order is much moore better than random

You could name that one attribute for example "_myattribute" to make it appear at the top.

Maybe inserting a number at the beginning of the names of the attributes.
