Version 3.22.0.0
I am sure I am overlooking something very simple, But I can't figure out how to display linear dimension settings in fractional format with the "
If I change to Architectural, it shows feet and inches with the ' and ". My goal is to display 26" not 2'- 2"
How do I achieve that, or override the dimension to read 26"

Hi,
use for the Unit "inch,
Label Format "Fractional"
When you now launch a DIM tool make sure to put into the option bar a <>" for Label,

You are also able to change the Label afterward with the Property Editor. Select in that case all DIMS and type in the Label field <>".
