[solved] PDF export in multi layer

Hello,

Is it possible with GUI to export a drawing with multiple layer into a PDF file with multiple layer ?

No, unfortunately, the underlying toolkit does not support PDF layers (OCGs).

No, not to my knowledge. But third party tools (free) will do it ...
