SVG export does not preserve linetype patterns

I just upgraded to QCAD 3.32 and had an issue while exporting a dwg from paperspace to svg.
Linetype is not showing and all lines appear as continuous lines.
Actually it happens only on QCAD 3.32.6 mac version.
I tested it also on other versions and OS and it works fine on the followings:
QCAD 3.28.2 mac version works fine
QCAD 3.28.1 win64 version works fine
QCAD 3.32.6 win64 version works fine

initially I thought it was just a scaling issue and prepared a test to find the right linetype scale.
attached are svg files when not correct and when exporting correctly.
numbers are the lineype scale applied on each arc to find what showed better
from 3.32.6 mac>

is there any setting I should change to fix it?

Could you please attach your drawing file? That's the DXF or DWG file containing the CAD drawing.

I wasn't immediately able to reproduce the problem her, based on your information.
