Hello,
in version 3.10,
for the arc tool with center,point,angles (AR),
the option toolbar does only show one of two directions.
Both were available in the past ( v 3.5 )

Indeed, I can also see this- when the toolbar is docked.
However, when it is floating, the second direction is replaced by a double arrow...

Please don't float the options toolbar. The options tool bar is dynamically showing different sets of widgets and unfortunately the Qt tool kit does not handle this properly when the tool bar is undocked.

Floating toolbar works well almost all the time.
For example with "arc of length " (AL), you do have two directions available.
