Can not open a DXF file

Dear all,

I'm using QCad 3.15.2 Pro. While trying to open a dxf file I get an error message.
I have attached the dxf file and also the error message to my message.
A friend of mine managed to open the file using a free software called NanoCad:
Would you like please help.

Thanks for submitting this file. The problem has been fixed for the next release (attempt to import erased layout).
