Poly with widths & Arc segment > 180 Rendering faulty

Arc segments off Polylines with widths larger then 180 degrees are rendered faulty.
As is the explosion of such.
The Arc width reduces to zero at the 180 degree marker.
I understand the corner that the math did cut.
Included: example dxf with solution.
