HI

wondering if anyone has advice, I missed the e-mail with the links to my updates, the link expired 9th Sept 23.

Is there a way of having it refreshed or will I have to repurchase QCAD Pro if I want to update.

Cheers for any guidance

Hi,

If the link expired on 9th Sept 23 that means that you initially purchased a licence on 8th Sept 22.

Your licence is forever and that includes one year access to updates.
For renewed access you could purchased a new licence.
There is a deduction code for renewing your licence.

Regards,
CVH

Thanks, I have the code from before, just wish I downloaded the update before it had expired, had a situation yesterday where I could have used the bmp2dwg program. Or at least tried it out and only when I couldn't find it in my install I realised it was from 3.28 onwards and I'm still on the 3.27.6. that's also when I seen I had received an email letting me know it was about to expire, but had missed it to download.

Excellent that's just what I needed. Didn't see that page when browsing the site before posting.

Thanks for everyone's help. I'll let you know how I get on.
