expired license

Hello, I am using Google Translate, sorry if there are any translation errors.
More than a year ago I bought a perpetual license.
For maintenance reasons I had to uninstall the program, but when I reinstalled it, it didn't work. How can I recover the program with the previous license?
My computer is Windows 10 64 bit. I can't see the license number because I don't have the program installed, but it's the previous one.
I have purchase receipts and emails with the installer, but they don't work.
Can you help me?

Hi, a few things don't sound right ...

A previous version of an installer for the same system should work.
-> Perhaps solvable with: Resetting your QCAD configuration.
There is no licence number to enter.
The installer is never send to you by email, you download it yourself from your personal download area.

A licence is personal and indeed perpetual.
It includes 1 year of access to your personal download area.
A notification mail was send to you after about 1 year.
In that mail you will find a discount code to renew your licence.
You can renew your licence and the access to the download area at any time.

You could try to contact RibbonSoft GmbH in direct:
See Online Shop under 'Updates' >> See here

I have deleted the configuration file as explained in the message
https://qcad.org/en/tutorial-resetting- ... figuration.
It worked, I have my previous version of the program working again.
Thanks
