3-point angular dimension

I'm using the demo version of qcad. I'd like to know if it's possible to
create an angular dimension based on 3 points (rather than two lines).
For instance, I have a flange and I want to specify the angle between
two bolt holes using the center of the flange as the vertex. Can this
be done _without_ having to draw lines first?
