Creating Rectangles

Hi,
I have to create rectangles like the ones of barcodes. Sadly, I'm not familiar with the dxf format. I looked over the spec, but it is very complicated.
Can someone give me an example with dxflib in order to create a barcode with i. e. 10 bars?
