Regarding Hatching.

Sir,
Here i attached file with this mail.
When i am going to do hatching after importing dxf format from freecad.
I found in command line as Loop not closed at point -176/-51.2.
can you suggest how would i get hatch after importing dxf file into qcad?
Actually i tried to do exploding the geometry file and select one one segment of line to make it closed contour.
It takes a lot time to do hatch. Is there any way to get hatch with out exploding the geometry?
Please let me know how would i fix this type problem?

Hello sir,
I need to do sectional view for the model.
So when i open the exported file in qcad it is coming as single block as i sent before the attachment.
Now i am sending the hatched document so that if you found any solution for the same.
I attached here two dxf files 6.1 & 6.2. dxf files.
In 6.1dxf i select the sketch and do hatching. here it is doing well.
When i open 6.2.dxf then i selcet hatch option, but it could't . so that i simply exploded and than make hatching.
Is there any way to do the hatch as i previously send the attachment as hatch.dxf.

Have you ever tried to use the Select tool "(De-)Select Contour"? Use also the option "Add to the current selection" for all hatches which belongs together. That would be a time saver and your hatch is proper organized

You could do the hatching directly in the Block (Edit content of the selected block) - but the drawings are not really well organized. However - I would always use an extra layer for the hatching in cases like this one.

Note: If the drawing isn't precisely drawn you will be confronted by gaps and overlapping entities. If that so you have to fix that first!
