arrowheads and dimensions missing

Mac OSX 10.11.6, QCAD Community Edition 3.27.9

Dimension arrowheads and dimension text don't appear.

Whereas extension lines and dimension lines do appear.

Please attache the drawing in question or parts of the drawing (new drawing, copy/paste) which shows the same issue to your post. On that way we can help you efficiently. Thanks.
