I restared my OS, and extract the archive into a different named folder and now I can run the pro version with ./qcad.
Hell knows why is it functioning now. Maybe cause cache is empty now? Maybe not flag correctly while taring, I'm freaking dont know.
But anyways, thanks for your patiently support! For me such things is stress pure and yesterday I was willing to throw out all my devices down the window onto the streets watching cars running them over and over again.

I definitely will try this out one day in future!Otherwise, the flatpak is the way to go as that runs in its own environment, pretty much independent from your system.
