where are the files qcad_icon.png and splashscreen.png? My nice personalization is gone now
I assume it is now implemented in the exe file?
Any chance for still doing this?

You can still override or update individual script files (by putting them into the appropriate sub-directory of the scripts folder). However, icon and splashscreen are not intended to be changed as they are part of the product brand..
If you wish to use a scripts folder with individual files instead of a compiled plugin, please follow the instructions in scripts/readme.txt.
