Show/Hide Widgets and CAD Tools toolbar

In regard with this topic:

Showing or hiding Widgets and the CAD Tools toolbar by a single shortcut.
Added a preference page to make it configurable, see: Application Preferences .. View .. Hide Widgets or Show Widgets.

Hide Widgets and CAD Tools (GO)
Files intended for folder ... QCAD/scripts/Misc/Examples/ExHideWidgetsToolbars/*.*
Where the 3 dots are the installation path of QCAD or the local data location (See: Changelog 3.26.2), QCAD or QCADCAM or ...
It may be required to manually add the folder structure:
.../QCAD/scripts/Misc/Examples/ and the sub folder ExHideWidgetsToolbars/
