I installed QCad several weeks ago on my Windows 10 machine and it's been working just fine. I use it to create 2D drawing of parts to cut on my CNC Bench top Router.
I was able to acquire a stand alone no internet access) Windows 7 Computer To use just for drawing and running the router. I downloaded and used the QCad installer just fine. When I go to open the program I get an error message:
The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link libary api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll."
Being a user and not a computer guy, I have no idea as to what to do. Any help someone can give along with step by stem instruction will ge greatly appreciated.

Re: New install Error Message
Hi, and welcome to the QCAD forum.
You can search in the forums.
Several posts should pop up, for example this topic.
It seems that you are missing Win7 updates or must install the C runtime library.
Remind that Microsoft has stopped the support for Win7.
Regards,
CVH

Can I just say that Microsoft is also stopping support for Win 10 this coming October as I have just found out.
