As the attached dxf file shows, set to 'outside', the milling router gets confused about being inside or outside a hole, although all slots are identical.
This is with the setting 'LinuxCNC (Offset) [mm], but other settings have a similar effect.
Anyway I can fix this? Removing the outer circle and trying cutting 'inside' does not help.

Please check your design for duplicate lines (Modify > Detection > Detect Duplicates).
