Title Blocks and Borders

Post by mctbullzz » Mon Sep 15, 2025 2:52 pm

Version:
3.32.4.0 (3.32.4)
Windows: 11

I first used the community version and created a file, without using a title block; the program did create the blue border, without a title block on layout 1.

I then purchased the pro version and still cannot fathom how to create a border with a title block for the existing drawing.

Can anyone help with this?

Hi,

You probably refer to the paper borders in pastel blue when in page layout mode.
See: Drawing Preferences .. Printing .. Page .. Miscellaneous .. Show paper borders.

Specified by the page margins that may correlate with the printable area.

Page layout mode is typically turned on when editing a Layout Block.
Or for a Print Preview of Model_Space.

There is no default or standard border and/or title block that fits every user.
You need to add these things in the way they suit you.
Also see 'Templates' for some examples or scout the forum for others.

Hi,
Glad to be of any assistance.

If considered as solved, please add [SOLVED] to the title of your initial post by editing it.
