Geschlossener Versatz

Post by FlyingEaglE » Wed Oct 16, 2019 10:46 am

Hallo,

Sorry for my reply in English.

This is something I also encounter frequently.
On closed forms its a two click solution but not on open forms.

It could be considered as an enhacement of the Poly Offset tool.
Or as an new Envelope Offset tool.

I would keep the options Round/Miter Join.

On open forms I would prefer to have the choise on how to close.
  • Connecting the endings.
  • Same offset from endings.
  • Round offset from endings.
As engraver the last option in combination with Round Join would be my 'cutted area'.

I have entered a feature request FS#1976
