Please double check the functionality of the Print options - I think that there are not correct working.
Move Paper position = OK,
Autofit drawing to paper = out of center, wrong scale
Autofit pages to drawing = to many pages are used,
Auto center = out of center,

I cannot reproduce this with a new, simple drawing.
Please attach your drawing file (DXF,DWG), so I can try to reproduce with that file, thanks.
Rectangle test drawing - the outer rectangle is identical with the chosen paper-size
Please check the glue margins:
Edit > Drawing Preferences > Multi Pages > Glue Margins
You might also want to enable crop marks which would have visibly indicated what the problem is.
I have no idea how that could happen but thanks for your help. Sorry for this false report ;-)
