Open drawing and Auto Zoom will also use invisible Blocks for the displayed Zoom Factor.

This is currently expected behavior. Note that 'invisible blocks' are not specified as part of the DXF/DWG format. Hiding all block references for a given block is just something QCAD supports for convenience.
Correctly auto-zooming to the extends of a drawing while ignoring invisible blocks might be implemented at one point, but is not planned for now as it would require a significant amount of overhead (caching multiple bounding boxes).

It looks to me that this is in the current Version (3.20.1)not anymore relevant and could be closed.
