I started a drawing with a circle, center at 0,150 and gave 0,0 as coordinate for a point on the circle and got visually nothing.
After some head scratching and trying to find some error like locked layer, drawing color the same as background color and such, I found at the location of the center (0,150) a circle with radius 0.

I made the following trials, every time starting with a new drawing, entering everything with the keyboard.

Center point on result

circle

0,150 0,0 circle radius 0 at 0,150
0,150 50,50 circle radius 50 at 0,150 (should be a radius of 111.8 from 0,150 to 50,50)
0,150 0,50 circle radius 50 at 0,150
0,150 50,0 circle radius 0 at 0,150

It seems I always get a circle with the radius of the y-part of the coordinate.

Used version of Qcad is:

I hate it when the main part of a message gets mangled.

The stuff from the trials was formatted as a table before sending, so I try againand spell it out with many words:

A circle with center at 0,150 and 0,0 as coordinate of a point on the circle leads to a circle at 0,150 with a radius 0.
A circle with center at 0,150 and 50,50 as coordniate of a point on the circle leads to a circle at 0,150 with a radius 50. (Should be a radius of 118 between 0,150 and 50,50)
A circle with center at 0,150 and 0,50 as coordinante of a point on the circle leads to a circle at 0,150 with a radius 50.
A circle with center at 0,150 and 50,0 as coordniate of a point on the circle leads to a circle at 0,150 with a radius 0.
