Nesting places objects on sheet with islands too close to the island.
The margin is about the half of the "Margin" parameter used between objects.
I would assume to use the full "Margin" parameter distance or even the "Sheet Margin" parameter value.

The minimal margin between objects is apparently not a fixed value throughout.
The margin with the sheet island is more stable and is about 1 unit.
Agreed, the distance to use here should be the sheet margin.
Voted it up. I would however degrade 'Severity' because it doesn't affect many users or crash the system.
